Belfast's H&W cranes are fishing for a new look
Samson and Goliath, Belfast's iconic shipyard cranes, have been battered... with breadcrumbs.
Reconstructed using fish fingers and chips, this delicious image was cooked up to promote Seafood week. This year the UK-wide campaign has commissioned fish-themed art and photography to encourage more people to buy, cook and taste seafood .
Research shows 72% of UK adults aren't aware of recommendations they should eat two portions of fish a week. The findings by the seafood body, Seafish, say this and misconceptions about cost, variety and ease of cooking are stopping people from enjoying the sea's finest produce.
