Police have closed part of the Albertbridge Road in east Belfast because a bonfire has spread close to the road.
Fire fighters are at the scene and diversions are in place for safety reasons, between Castlereagh Street and Templemore Avenue.
Hundreds of bonfires were lit across the country tonight ahead of the Twelfth celebrations.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service has attended several incidents in Belfast, Newtownards and Derry.
Three required action to ensure the safety of the public and property, including the dampening down of a home in Banbridge's Huntley Road.
The NIFRS regional control centre said it has received double the amount of calls between 6pm and 9pm last night than it did on the 11th night last year.
While this was in part caused by more people making the most of the hot weather and attending the bonfires, it was also down to four gorse fires.
