Brothers are tied up in 'horrific' robbery
Two brothers have been tied up during a terrifying armed robbery at their home.
Ulster Unionist councillor Raymond Farrell condemned the "horrific" robbery in which two men armed with a knife and a baseball bat broke into a home at Clabby, Co Fermanagh, demanding money and drugs.
They tied up the two brothers aged 34 and 40 after ransacking their house.
The robbers made off with a small sum of money and a few pieces of crystal glass.
One of the brothers was slightly injured in the robbery which happened in the Camgart Road area just after midnight on Tuesday. He did not require hospital treatment.
Mr Farrell said: "This must have been a horrific ordeal for these men and it would be extremely frightening for them.
"It will frighten the wider community as well when they are aware of this.
"I would urge all local householders to be extremely vigilant."
