Child 'stable' after being struck by car in east Belfast
A child has been taken to hospital for treatment after being hit by a car in east Belfast.
Police said a car was in collision with a child on Severn Street.
The boy was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
A spokeswoman for the Belfast Trust described his condition as "stable".
The road has now reopened and motorists are advised to expect delays in the area at this time.
