Derry man's dissident charge dropped for second time in a week
A dissident republican in Londonderry has had a charge against him dropped for the second time in the space of a week.
Gary Donnelly had been charged with assisting and organising a march in support of a proscribed organisation in April last year.
The charges related to a dissident republican Easter march. At yesterday's sitting of Derry Magistrates Court, counsel for the Public Prosecution Service said that the charges against Donnelly were being withdrawn.
