A woman has died following a crash on the Glenshane Pass in Dungiven.

A number of other people were injured in the Wednesday morning collision.

Police said three vehicles were involved and several people were taken to hospital. It is believed that one man is suffering from serious leg injuries.

The Glenshane Road has now reopened.

There are no further details at this time.
