It's a blooming marvellous start to Belfast Rose Week
Can you tell your floribunda from your damascus?
Or is a hybrid more your cup of tea?
If you can - and especially if you can't - it's the perfect time to head to Belfast's Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park where Rose Week 2015 is now in full bloom.
Rose Week runs until Sunday at the south Belfast venue.
There's a free shuttle bus running at 20-minute intervals from Belfast City Hall beginning at noon every day and continuing until 5.20pm.
A free park and ride service is also operating from Drumbo Park at Ballyskeagh, with the last bus returning to Drumbo from Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park at 5.20pm.
There's a packed programme of events, spanning music, dancing and fitness, while for children there is a bouncy castle, Lego workshops, a magic show, stilt-walkers and much, much more.
The City of Belfast international rose trials will be judged tomorrow.
And the week climaxes with the Summer Rose and Flower Show at the weekend.
Councillor Julie-Anne Corr Johnston, chair of the people and communities committee, said: "Rose Week is a fantastic occasion, attracting people of every age to the rose garden at Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park."
