Jennifer Dornan murder police hold man on suspicion of withholding information

Detectives investigating the murder of a mother-of-three in Northern Ireland have arrested a man on suspicion of withholding information.

Jennifer Dornan, 30, was found dead in the burnt remains of her west Belfast home on Sunday morning.

Police have declined to divulge the exact nature of her injuries but have said the killer tried to cover their tracks by setting fire to her house.

The 39-year-old suspect was detained in Belfast.

Ms Dornan's body was found at her house in Hazel View after the alarm was raised by a member of the public at 5am on Sunday.

The house was so badly damaged the roof collapsed.
