La Senza to close four Northern Ireland stores

Lingerie chain La Senza is to close four of its shops in Northern Ireland.
The business, originally set up by Dragons' Den star Theo Paphitis, is closing more than 80 shops across the UK and Ireland.
La Senza is blaming trading conditions for the closures at branches in Ballymena and Londonderry and at the Castle Court and Victoria Square shopping centres in Belfast.
Andrew Irvine from Belfast City Centre Management said that despite problems for individual retailers nationally, the broad picture in Northern Ireland remained positive.
"Belfast losing stores is a part of a national decision, so while Belfast traded strongly, across the nation, these retailers haven't done so well," Mr Irvine said.
Last week, it was announced that D2 jeans closed nine stores in Northern Ireland, toy and gift chain Hawkin's Bazaar, which has a Castle Court store, collapsed into administration and Northern Ireland's only Harley Davidson dealership announced it was closing.
Meanwhile, Thorntons, HMV and Mothercare have also issued warnings about their future viability.
