Man charged with murder after body found in flat

A 24-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a man found dead in a flat in Co Armagh.

The body of Marcell Seeley, 34, was found in his ground floor flat in the Dingwell Park area of Craigavon last Tuesday.

The accused was arrested the following day.

He was charged on Sunday by detectives from the PSNI's serious crime branch and is due to appear in Lisburn Magistrates' Court on Monday.
