Man hospitalised after an early morning fight in Londonderry
A man in his 20s was rushed to hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning after being attacked by two men in Londonderry.
He has been left with serious injuries after the incident which police have described as an "altercation with two other men".
Detectives are appealing for information following the assault which took place n the Waterloo Street area of Londonderry at approximately 1.30am on Sunday November 6.
Detective Chief Inspector James Mullen said: “At this time we think that a number of other men came to try and break up the fight in Waterloo Street. I would ask them, or anyone who knows anything about this assault, to contact detectives at Strand Road Police Station on the non-emergency number 101."
