Man in dock for possession of revolver and 2ft-knife
A friend of loyalist murder victim Colin Horner has appeared in court charged with possessing a gun and a hunting knife.
Ian David Price, with an address listed at Lena Street, Belfast, appeared in Ards Magistrates Court to face seven charges relating to incidents on Sunday.
The 31-year-old is accused of possessing a revolver with intent to endanger life or cause serious damage to property; possessing a firearm in suspicious circumstances; having a firearm in a public place; and two other firearms charges.
He is also accused of possessing a 2ft-long hunting knife at Fort Terrace in Bangor on the same date.
While on remand on other charges, Price was refused compassionate bail to attend Horner's funeral earlier this month.
The judge noted Price had 165 previous convictions and said he would refuse bail "on every conceivable level". He remanded him in custody until July 14.
