Man killed in Fermanagh Lisbellaw car crash

A man aged in his 30s has been killed in a serious crash in the Co Fermanagh village of Lisbellaw.

He was killed when his Volkswagen car crashed in Fortview Park at around 5pm on Monday.

Police closed the Tattymacall Road in Lisbellaw at Weaver's Lane to allow for investigations. It has since been reopened.

The crash follows a traumatic week on the roads. On Saturday, 79-year-old Patrick James McGeough died in a collision on the Cavan Road near Newtownbutler.

On Sunday morning, Paul Crossan, who was in his 40s, died on the Clooney Road in Co Londonderry after a two car collision.
