MLA McCann slams 'despicable' Secretary of State
Secretary of State James Brokenshire has declined to comment after he was lambasted in the Assembly as a "despicable individual".
Foyle MLA Eamonn McCann insisted Mr Brokenshire "could not care less about the people of the north of Ireland, including the victims of Northern Ireland".
The People Before Profit MLA had earlier criticised Mr Brokenshire over the lack of financial support for Troubles victims, and apparent lack of concern for families of the victims of the Ballymurphy massacre.
Mr McCann was cautioned by Deputy Speaker Danny Kennedy.
The Northern Ireland Office said yesterday Mr Brokenshire had no comment to make.
