Mystery man throws banknotes to shoppers in Northern Ireland shopping centre
It was raining money at a Northern Ireland shopping centre this week as a mystery man threw banknotes to members of the public.
It happened at Foyleside shopping centre on Tuesday just before 5pm.
Police were alerted to reports of a man throwing money over the banister. Officers investigated the incident and the money was examined. No crime was found to have been committed.
The Derry Journal reported that the man threw £10 and £20 notes from the first floor on to shoppers below.
