NI screening for Ground Zero film
A Belfast-born documentary maker has returned to Northern Ireland for the screening of his work, Rebuilding The World Trade Center.
Now based in New York, Marcus Robinson won the Bafta Television Craft Award for Photography in 2014 for the film, being shown at Parliament Buildings this evening.
Created over a decade, it brings together 35mm time-lapse film and a series of drawings and paintings of life on the site.
The Stormont screening is one of several events and tributes in Northern Ireland to the 9/11 attacks that killed 2,977 people.
Yesterday, the advertising screen at Shaftesbury Square in Belfast was showing a tribute to September 11. It displayed a short poem alongside a picture of the Twin Towers.
