Old computers for Africa

A Computer is not just for Christmas — what are you doing with your old computer?

Each year 250,000 computers are discarded in Ireland alone. Do you have old computers lying about gathering dust?

How about giving your old one to the Camara charity and enhance the education of children in sub-Saharan Africa? On Thursday January 6, Camara will be distributing information about their campaign and the work of the organisation in Connswater Shopping Centre in east Belfast.

Post Christmas collections can be arranged for any area if there are over 20 computers, otherwise you can drop your computer to Camara, Unit 23-24 Townsend Enterprise Park, Belfast, BT13 2ES.

Contact us on 028 90332470 for more information or visit our website www.belfast.camara.ie.

A donation of £20.00 at drop off point will help cover some of the £50.00 costs involved in refurbishing and sending a used computer to a school in Africa.
