The Tuesday Club — students who attend the Tuesday classes at Ards Arts Centre have produced artwork at the club which is available to view.

The selection includes work from beginners, improvers and the more advanced students.

Seagoing exhibition — descended from two generations of seamen, Leonard Shiel has inherited a great love of ‘seagoing'.

Holywood

Spring concert — for the first time, Sullivan Upper School’s annual spring concert will be held in the refurbished Ulster Hall on Thursday, March 14.

School principal John Stevenson is retiring in June and so it is an historic moment for the school.

Activity scheme — the sports development unit at North Down Borough Council has teamed up with Bangor Castle Leisure Centre to provide an action packed three day activity scheme from April 7-9.

Activities include team sports, individual sports and multiskills (the development of fundamental movement skills designed to provide a solid foundation for future development).
