A Larne man has appeared in court and ordered to keep his curtains closed at night after exposing himself.

A pensioner accused of flashing women from his home has been ordered to keep his curtains and blinds fully closed at night.

David Harvey (65), of Curran Road, Larne, is alleged to have intentionally exposed his genitals on December 7.

A police officer at Ballymena Magistrates' Court on Thursday said he believed he could connect the accused to the charge.

No plea has been entered yet by Harvey.

As part of his bail conditions, the curtains/blinds must be fully closed while Harvey is in his home during the hours of darkness.

And he must not attempt to see, speak to or in any other way contact two women.

The case was adjourned to January 21.
