Petrol bombs, stones and paint bombs thrown in east Belfast
Petrol bombs, paint bombs and stones have been thrown in a spate of incidents in east Belfast.
On Tuesday evening after 8.30pm a number of stones were thrown into the Bryson Street and Thistle Court areas.
Just before 10.55pm three petrol bombs were thrown into the Strand Walk area.
Then just before 11.45pm a house in the Bryson Street area was hit with a number of paint bombs.
Chief Inspector David Moore said: "Luckily, at this time only minor damage was caused during these incidents, however this anti social behaviour continues to have a detrimental effect on the everyday lives of the residents living there.
"Local police have been following up the incidents of last night and I would ask anyone with any information about any of these incidents, or any anti social behaviour in their area, to contact Strandtown Police Station on the non emergency number 101."
