Police issue plea as Chinese man (23) goes missing
A missing Chinese man has been described as vulnerable by detectives attempting to locate him three weeks after he was last spotted in Belfast.
A senior PSNI detective said it was "totally out of character" for Geng Feng Shi to stop contacting his mother, whom he had been speaking to around three times each week before his disappearance on March 4.
The 23-year-old, whose birthday was on March 2, was last seen at 7am on March 4 crossing the junction of Oxford Street with May Street.
Feng's mother contacted the PSNI from China when his regular contact with her stopped around this time. His mobile phone remains unreachable.
