Police question three women over Boreland murder
Three women have been quizzed by detectives investigating the murder of loyalist John Boreland in north Belfast.
The 46-year-old was shot outside his flat in Sunningdale Gardens on August 7.
Detective Chief Inspector Justin Galloway said: "Two women aged 29 and 30 were interviewed in Belfast.
"A third, aged 24, was questioned at Carlisle in the north of England.
"Files on all three will be submitted to the Public Prosecution Service (PPS) as part of the overall investigation."
Three men have already been charged in relation to the murder. A fourth has been reported to the PPS.
