Police investigating the activities of a Belfast-based company which owes thousands of pounds to dozens of community groups have questioned a man in connection with the inquiry.
It is understood the man who was questioned by police is Mark Townley, founder of National Task Force (NTF).
Last month the Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action (NICVA) warned not-for-profit organisations to be cautious about a minibus scheme being run by NTF.
The company, which was founded by Mark Townley, was evicted from its offices in the Gasworks due to non-payment of bills.
It ceased trading on August 5.
NICVA said it was contacted by 16 community groups claiming they were offered a new minibus if a deposit of £4,800 was paid within days.
However the minibuses were not delivered and the deposits have not been returned.
At least six organisations in Northern Ireland have been affected by the scheme.
Sporting organisations in Scotland and Wales have also reported similar problems.
