Polish rapist must report to PSNI on jail release

A Polish man convicted of rape in Poland must report to the police within three days of his release from Maghaberry prison.
Tomasz Ciulwik (31) has been made the subject of an Interim Notification Order following an application by the PSNI.
He was convicted of raping a woman in Poland in 2002. After his release from prison he moved to Northern Ireland where he is currently a serving prisoner in Maghaberry for other offences.
Ciulwik is due for release within the next few weeks and under the terms of the order he must report to the police within three days of his prison release.
He must also notify the police of a change of address or of a change of name and has been further ordered to inform the police of any intention to travel abroad.
