Detectives investigating a series of bomb hoax calls made in August 2014 are appealing for the public’s help in identifying a male captured on CCTV.

The image was taken at a commercial premises on the Cliftonville Road area in north Belfast on August 29, 2014.

He is described as being approximately 5ft 8in, wearing a white t-shirt, blue hooded top, grey shorts and blue and white trainers.

Detective Sergeant Conor Sweeney said: “We are keen to identify the male captured on the CCTV and we are asking anyone who believes they may know his identity to contact the CID at Musgrave Station.

"We would also like to hear from anyone with any other information that could assist in the investigation.  Contact the non-emergency number 101 or if someone would prefer to pass information anonymously they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
