PSNI investigating sudden death of officer at Portrush police station
Police officer's death not being treated as suspicious
Police said they were investigating the sudden death of a colleague on Friday morning.
A post-mortem examination of the man's body is expected to take place.
It's understood he was a part-time officer.
Chief Superintendent Paula Hilman said: "Our thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friends of our colleague. They have asked for privacy during this difficult time."
