PSNI issue appeal over the murder of Laura Marshall
Police investigating the murder of 31-year-old Laura Marshall in Lurgan have been granted more time to question a suspect.
Detectives from Serious Crime Branch were yesterday given an extra 36 hours to question a 36-year-old man.
Ms Marshall was murdered in a flat in Victoria Street in the Co Armagh town on Sunday evening.
Detective Chief Inspector Eamonn Corrigan also issued an appeal for anyone who may have seen or had any contact with Laura over the weekend to contact detectives at Mahon Road on 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
"I also want to hear from anyone who saw or heard any activity at Laura's home in Victoria Street over the weekend until Sunday evening at 5.30pm," he added.
