Racist thugs smash windows at Somalian's Belfast home

Police are investigating two racially motivated hate crimes on the home of a Somalian resident in south Belfast.

On December 6 it was reported to police that a stone had been thrown at an upstairs window of the house in the Broadway area - smashing it.

Ground floor windows at the same property were then smashed sometime between 6pm on December 22 and 11.15am on December 23.

Police are treating both incidents as a racially motivated hate crimes and investigating officer Constable Gary O’Brien would like to hear from anyone with information.
