The wealthiest two people in Northern Ireland are both women for the first time, according to the Sunday Times 2014 Rich List.
And Londonderry actress Roma Downey has lost her place as the richest woman following the untimely death of Lord Ballyedmond, it was revealed.
The tycoon industrialist, born Eddie Haughey, was killed in a helicopter crash near his Norfolk estate in March. His Norbrook Laboratories business specialises in pharmaceuticals for the veterinary industry.
The latest annual analysis of wealth lists his widow Lady Ballyedmond as Northern Ireland's new wealthiest person, with a family fortune of £1,400m.
The second wealthiest is Touched By An Angel star Roma Downey and her TV producer husband Mark, who are worth £340m.
Although Downey is no longer Northern Ireland's richest woman, her fortune has rocketed. Last year she was reckoned to be worth £295m, and £280m in 2012.

Singer Van Morrison is worth £50m while golf star Rory McIlroy is worth £28m.
The success of Ballymena's Liam Neeson has seen the Hollywood action star (61) add £12m to his wealth, to a total of £80m.
Lord Kilclooney and his wife sit in joint 227th place, with a £40m fortune. The former UUP MP and his wife amassed their money through property and media.
Singer Katie Melua, who spent part of her childhood in Northern Ireland, has a fortune of £12m.
Ex-Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle is said to be worth £6m, while hotelier Lord Rana is worth £72m.
In the Republic, X Factor stars Jedward, aka John and Edward Grimes, are worth £3m.
