Royal Mail hours extended

With an estimated 165 million items being ordered online this Christmas, Royal Mail has extended the opening hours of its main Enquiry Offices.

This includes the Tomb Street office serving Belfast North, West, South, Central and Holywood which will be open for customers who need to collect packets and parcels during the following hours:

Monday – Friday, December 13-17, 6.30am – 7.30pm

Saturday, December 18, 6.30am – 5.30pm

Monday – Thursday, December 20-23, 6.30am – 7.30pm and Friday, Dec 24, 6.30am – 5pm.

Customers can also arrange redeliveries of items via or ask for items to be taken to a Post Office branch.
