Sectarian attacks on homes in east Belfast
A paint bomb was thrown at houses during a series of sectarian attacks in the Short Strand area of east Belfast in the early hours of Sunday.
Shortly before midnight the paint bomb was thrown at houses on Bryson Street; at around 2.30am on Sunday bricks and bottles were thrown into the street.
On Saturday at around 6.15pm, golf balls were thrown into the street from Thistle Court and a paint bomb struck a car on Bryson Court shortly before 10.30pm.
Police are treating the incidents as hate crimes.
