Small blaze at site of Sandy Row bonfire in Belfast
A number of wooden pallets have been burned at the Sandy Row bonfire site in Belfast city centre.
Dozens were set on fire early on Saturday morning, close to an apartment block and the Holiday Inn hotel.
The site has been the location of an annual large Eleventh Night bonfire in Belfast.
Last year, politicians warned that building a bonfire at the side of a Belfast city centre hotel was an act of madness which will harm efforts to build tourism.
Hundreds of pallets amassed on land beside the Holiday Inn in Hope Street, which in 2015 was the scene of one of Northern Ireland's most controversial bonfires.
