South Belfast security alert declared a 'hoax'
A security alert sparked following the report of a suspicious object in south Belfast has ended.
Police were in attendance at a security alert at Windsor Drive.
Army bomb disposal experts had been tasked to the report of a suspicious object.
A controlled explosion was carried out and the object has since been declared to be a hoax.
Inspector Barry Black said: "All roads have reopened and any evacuated residents are now able to return to their homes."
