Solicitors for two men charged after the bomb explosion at Strand Road PSNI station in Derry in August yesterday objected to the delay in producing a preliminary forensic report.
At a remand hearing by videolink of Philip O'Donnell (52), of Baldrick Crescent, charged with causing an explosion outside the police station on August 3, and Thomas Christopher Nash (53), of Iveagh Park, who faces a series of weapons charges from August 9, solicitors objected to the delay.
The judge said he would adjourn the case to December 9.
