The Lurgan hunk hoping to claim the title of Mr World
He is one of the most desirable men on the planet – and he's from Lurgan.
The "very much single" University of Ulster student Dwayne-Andrew Kerr is representing Northern Ireland at the Mr World competition in Torbay, England.
Tomorrow the handsome 21-year-old will battle it out with more than 40 other men from around the globe to claim the coveted Mr World title and £30,000 in prize money.
This follows a series of events where the competitors are awarded points for their performance in categories such as Sports Challenge, Talent Award, Fashion & Style, Multi-Media and Extreme Challenge.
The 21-year-old creative computing student and model was born in Jamaica and moved to Lurgan when he was seven.
"I am going into my final year at university this September and I am currently with Alison Campbell modelling agency," he said. "I've been there since I was 18. Through them I've got the opportunity to represent Northern Ireland at the Mr World competition."
Dwayne says he has been overwhelmed by the support from the local public during his time so far at the Mr World event, which is sponsored and run by the Miss World Organisation.
"I just want to thank everyone for their support over the past few weeks," he said. "I really appreciate it.
"Everyone on Facebook has been tremendous and my family are very supportive. Mum has been calling and texting me every day.
"Hopefully I will do everyone proud this Sunday afternoon."
The Mr World final tomorrow will be stream-ed on the Mr World You-Tube Channel.
