Three diggers and a flatbed lorry have been stolen in Co Tyrone.

The plant machinery was taken at around 2am on Monday morning from commercial premises on the Omagh Road in Dromore.

Detective Sergeant Keith Monaghan said: “It is understood the plant machinery was taken at around 2am this morning (Monday, April 25th) from commercial premises on the Omagh Road.

"Did you see or hear anything suspicious or a flatbed lorry moving diggers in the early hours of this morning?

"If you can help please call the 101 number. Alternatively information about crime can be passed via the independent Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.”
