Three held in 'drug' deaths probe

Police investigating the sudden deaths of two people within hours in the same town have arrested three men on suspicion of drugs offences.

Care worker Olivia Reilly, 29, died at a house in Lisnaskea, Co Fermanagh on Sunday night. The next morning unemployed Noel Reilly, 36, who was not related to Ms Reilly, was found dead in his house around a mile away.

The cause of their deaths have not been confirmed, but police are probing a potential link.

Officers detained the men, one aged 32 and two aged 28, in Lisnaskea earlier on suspicion of possession of Class A controlled drugs and supply of Class A controlled drugs.

The arrests followed a large number of searches in the town.

A Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) spokeswoman said investigations into the deaths were continuing.

Police later arrested a fourth man, aged 18, on suspicion of possession of Class A controlled drugs, supply of Class A controlled drugs and possession of Class A controlled drugs with intent to supply.
