Two men sought after arson attack

Detectives are hunting two men who fled from the scene of an arson attack in Co Londonderry.

The door of a house at Elms Park, Coleraine was set on fire at about 9.20pm last night.

Police who were on a routine patrol extinguished the flames and alerted the homeowner who was asleep at the time.

A spokeswoman for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said, on their arrival, officers had observed two men running away.

She urged anyone with information about the incident to contact the PSNI.
