Weather: Rain's a pain but the sun is set to return
Torrential summer downpours left visitors to the North Coast reaching for their brollies rather than the suncream yesterday.
The glorious weather of mid-May - when Northern Ireland basked in temperatures hotter than Madrid - seemed a distant memory, as the rain lashed down.
While surfers in Portstewart may not have minded too much, holidaymakers in Belfast were a little less happy.
The Met Office said most areas will remain dry today, with sunny spells - but a few showers are possible. However, these should die out during the late afternoon.
