Weaver’s Court fire: Man charged with arson
A man has been charged with arson in connection with a fire in Coleraine.
The incident happened shortly after 6am on Saturday at Weaver's Court.
A neighbour, having been disturbed by voices and a car driving away from, discovered a fire at the letterbox of a neighbouring flat and extinguished the flames.
At the time Detective Sergeant Wallace said: "Damage was caused to the door, however, there were no reports of any injuries."
Police arrested three men.
A 22-year-old is to appear in court on Monday charged with arson endangering life. The charges will be reviewed by prosecutors.
Two others, aged 22 and 24, were released on police bail pending further investigation.
