They were found in Agra Street on Wednesday evening.
The 26-year-old female arrested for possession of class A and class B drugs with intent to supply has been released on police bail.
Detective Chief Inspector Colin Gillis said: "Police in south and east Belfast are committed to tackling the issue of drug supply and distribution. We are very aware of the harm that drugs inflict on communities and this significant seizure made by local officers will play a role in helping to keep communities safe.
"We are committed to working with communities to act upon information received to remove drugs from circulation. I would strongly encourage anyone who may have information in relation to drug supply or distribution to contact local police on 101.
