Woman guilty of disorder at hospital
A woman who admitted two occasions of disorderly behaviour at Altnagelvin Hospital will be sentenced next month.
Josie McCaughey (21), of Sackville Court in Londonderry, admitted seven charges at the city's Magistrates Court.
She was charged with assaulting two men, assaulting two police officers and disorderly behaviour in Altnagelvin on February 4 this year.
She was further charged with disorderly behaviour in the hospital on March 14.
A police officer opposed bail saying McCaughey had failed to answer bail in relation to February's charges. He added there were fears she would reoffend.
Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott asked for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. He said his client had a problem with alcohol.
McCaughey was released on her own bail of £300 with one surety of £400, given a curfew and is not to enter A&E unless it is a genuine medical emergency.
