A woman has had rings pulled from her fingers during a street robbery in west Belfast.

The 22-year-old was walking from Pembrook Loop Road towards Old Colin when two men approached and asked for the time before grabbing her wrists.

The incident happened at about 9.30pm on Sunday.

The robbers, who were wearing dark clothing and covered their faces, fled on foot in the direction of Old Colin.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on the non-emergency 101 number.
