Woman released over death of Sean Corrigan in west Belfast
A 50-year-old woman arrested by detectives investigating the death of a man in west Belfast last year has been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
Sean Corrigan was found at a flat in the St Mary's Gardens area of the city on Saturday September 13, 2014.
The 31-year-old subsequently died in hospital.
Detective Chief Inspector Justyn Galloway, from Serious Crime Branch, said the suspect was arrested in west Belfast this morning and was taken to a police station in Belfast for questioning.
She was released on Friday October 30.
