Football: Leaders aiming to end on high

This Saturday sees the last round of league fixtures before the two-week Christmas holiday break.

In the Premier Division leaders Newtowne should have few problems when they entertain Foylebank.



Bottom of the table Sion Swifts host Drummond while the unbeaten BBOB have Maghera Strollers as their visitors to Lisnagelvin.



Lincoln Courts entertain the improving Roe Rovers while Lettershandoney have a derby match against Park.



First Division promotion hopefuls Claudy Rovers, who suffered a shock defeat last week, have Glendermott as their visitors this time round while second in the table Burndennett, who have slipped in recent games, travel to Foyle Wanderers.



The vastly improved Ardmore host Dungiven Reserves while Eglinton, after their good result last Saturday, travel to Roe Rovers Reserves.



Lincoln Courts Reserves face the long journey to Draperstown Reserves while BBOB Reserves are another side on their travels facing Sion Swifts Reserves.



One of the top games in the Second Division sees high flying Claudy United entertain Douglas Bridge.



Tullyally Colts, after their shock defeat last week, travel to Newbuildings United Reserves.



Eglinton Reserves have Dungiven Thirds in the village while City Colts entertain Ballykelly United.



Churchill will be hoping to have something to celebrate before the break when they host Foyle Wanderers Reserves.



Newtowne Reserves travel to O'Connors in the remaining game.
