The DUP’s ruling executive will meet next week to ratify an internal revamp to help reconnect with the electorate.
Ahead of the party’s annual conference, the central executive is expected to endorse a raft of proposals which leader Peter Robinson said will mean a radical shake-up of the way the party works.
The exercise, which involved MLAs, a letter to rank-and-file members and external consultants, is said to involve change at every level of the organisation.
