Cyclist hurt in Cloghran crash

A cyclist was seriouly hurt in a collision with a lorry close to Dublin Airport

A cyclist was seriously injured when she was hit by an articulated lorry.

The collision happened on Swords Road, Cloghran, just north of the main Dublin Airport roundabout.

The cyclist, a 41-year-old woman, was taken to Beaumont Hospital. The driver of the truck remained at the scene and was uninjured.

Gardai have appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
