Gardai recover four stolen cars

Gardai have recovered four cars that were stolen during recent burglaries in the greater Dublin area.

Four people were arrested in connection with the discovery, which followed the search of a yard at Courtlough, Balbriggan.

An Audi A5, Audi Q3, BMW 316, Nissan Qashqai and a large quantity of car parts were found yesterday evening by gardai targeting burglaries and serious crime.

The vehicles were stolen in the course of burglaries over the last week.

The Garda Stolen Motor Vehicle Investigation Unit is trying to trace the identity of the car parts found.

Those arrested, aged from their late 20s to early 30s, were taken to Ballymun, Coolock and Balbriggan Garda stations.
