Gardai stopped and searched a car in west Dublin

Twenty kilos of cannabis herb have been seized after a car was stopped and searched in west Dublin.

A 55-year-old man was arrested after the drugs, believed to have a street value of about 400,000 euro, were recovered in a joint Garda and Revenue Customs operation.

Gardai said the raid took place on Thursday on Citywest Avenue, Citywest Business Park.
