Twins mauled by fox back home

The parents of twin girls mauled by a fox as they slept in their cots have said “it is incredible to have our beautiful girls back home”.

Nine-month-old Isabella Koupparis (above) left hospital yesterday, joining her sister Lola, who was discharged last Friday.

Their parents Nick and Pauline, who is originally from Newcastle, Co Down, said: “It is incredible to have our beautiful girls back home at last.”

The twins were found covered in blood after the fox went into their bedroom at their east London home on June 5.
